Sup, i want to ask a question about lucid dreaming (duh).
Basically i know when i am dreaming most of the times but i just cant get myself to become lucid, all my dreams are clear, i know everyone in them, i can see the mistakes that are in there but my mind somehow does not go hey there's something wrong here or its a dream or anything to suggest it is a dream.

so can anyone help me on how i can set some kind of 'memo' in my mind so anything wrong can just trigger my mind to saying its a lucid dream

Thanks

You're talking about normal dreams, not lucid dreams.
Lucid dreaming is when you, AT THE VERY LEAST, recognize that you're dreaming.

I find that clarity of the dream is meaningless and only assists in the eventual self discovery of being lucid.  Nothing more.
Most of my dreams are perfectly clear, yet, I sometimes also won't realize it's a dream.

you seem to have the level of awareness in which reality checks would be useful.

create a habit in your waking life of asking yourself "am I dreaming" every time you do something that you do regularly.  i find that i tend to look at the sky or ceiling a lot in dreams and waking life for some reason, so i turned that into a mindfulness meditation/reality check during my waking hours.  so anytime i get the urge to look up, i ask myself "am I dreaming, is all of this right?".

hopefully, if you perform that action in a dream, you will then ask yourself "am i dreaming?" and be able to achieve lucidity.
be awesome.
