I see the pyramis at Pulse Island- what was the reason for the pyramid? Just wondering.....

a pyramid is an amplification device.  it is frequently used in energy work of all kinds.

i suggest asking google about Sacred Geometry, Platonic Solids and Pyramid Mathematics (particularly the great pyramids at giza, very neat).
be awesome.

The pyramid on API... I think that was just for uniqueness.
But Adrian could have had a more "amplification" use for it there too as PR suggests.  :)

We'll have to ask Adrian next time he's around.

I thought it was for recognition.  How many islands do you see out there with humongous pointy-pyramids in the middle of them?  You can't really confuse it with Egypt or anywhere else, it seems to me.

TofuAttack

well obviously it's part of a huge illuminati conspiracy

OMG!  Adrian is Illuminati!!  LOL

Hey, maybe as a Moderator we get Illuminati status too!
Hell, I'd settle for a T-Shirt.  :D

The greatest symbol of masonry appears on the dollar bill:  The all-seeing eye and the incomplete pyramid of the Great Seal of the United States.  The Great Seal's initial design began on July 4, 1776, under the direction of Benjamin franklin, Thomas Jefferson, and John Adams.  (The design was later placed on the dollar bill in the 1900s I believe) The Latin surrounding the pyramid:  Annuit Coeptis Novus Ordo Seclorum means "God smiles on our New Order of the Ages."

The meaning of the symbol is this:
"The pyramid is worldly achievement and it is incomplete without the blessing of Providence."

The pyramid was chosen because Egypt was viewed at the time as the source of primal, ageless wisdom transcending nation or dogma.  The pyramid on the Great Seal express a similar ideal.

So, apparently Freemasonry started out as a brotherhood of liberal values before all the scandals hit, but you have to research that part for yourself.

I thought it was the other guy that decided to add the Pyramid so it was easier to find.  But that was a looong time ago, and my memory is not as good as it used to be.

Lol..Good answer. Well as read somewhere that pyramid is a symbol to gain the positive energy.

because pyramids are cool & everyone wants to go to the pyramid.
"Life is only a dream and we are the imagination of ourselves."

Well the pyramid is also a symbol of the Masons,if I am not mistaken :D Masons in API :D
Who am I is not important...My message is...

Except for that there were pyramids before Masons- at least Masons in the 'secret society' category, not just guys that built stuff.

The geometry of the structure is beyond amazing.

For example, the first known pyramid construction (the pyramids at Giza) contains within it harmonics of not only every element in our modern accepted periodic table (plus more), but also measurements of the Earth (in any way you can imagine, it's circumference, mass, orbital period, rotation period, etc. etc. etc.), many of the "golden ratios" and other mathematical constants and anomalies (like pi and phi), measurements of the Milky Way and even the universe as a whole.  One researcher (Joseph P. Farrell) paints a picture of the great pyramid being a giant "death-star" type weapon that uses scalar wave technology (which is why it has all these harmonics correlations with the Earth and galaxy and universe, it acts as an analog computer with all the necessary data programmed into it).  Another researcher, Christopher Dunn, using the same acknowledged measurements, concluded that the great pyramid was literally a power station that seems to come right out of the imagination of great electrical engineers like Nikola Tesla.

So I would be of the opinion that not only were ancient Earth based pyramids NOT temples and burial chambers (a laughable hypothesis in light of these astonishing mathematical discoveries), but they were likely brilliant "spiritual technologies/machines".  And with the amount of precision that the builders used, I find it hard to believe that they arbitrarily chose a pyramid as the shape of their structure.  I am quite sure that there is a level of physics of which we are almost totally unaware.  All it would have taken was for one scientist to discover a different way of measuring the cosmos than Einstein did with General and Special Relativity and we would have a completely different world-view.  It's not so hard to imagine that the ancients came upon a different, but equally valid, way of understanding the universe and have shown us their insight through these structures.

There is a lot more going on with pyramids than we think.  Nevertheless, it's probably on API because it's pretty and noticeable.
be awesome.

I study with much diversiy and explore every chance I get. I found a "pyramid" representation as a trail marker when I was once closing in on a lost Spanish mine. I must tell you upfront that these trail and treasure markers are generally carved to be visible from one cardinal direction. However, back towards my pint.  ,(excuse me, my point.)  This representation of a pyramid is best revealed when you face north from about 40 paces south in order to show the best detail. It has several symbols carved deeply and badly eroded. Oh, and by the way, it is flat topped and atop it sits a rock shaped like an eye. Looking down you see a shallow line int the stone running straight up the center of the west side, and straight across the small creek is the gap between two flat rectangular slabs of sandstone of similar size. They are somewhat angled downwards a bit at the center where there is about five feet between them, perfectly symmetrical from where I stand. Of course I was looking east.
Someone put forth that the pyramid with the all seeing eye was a symbol of the masons and Coronado's 1541 contained knights templar, so my diversion to a Spanish marker from over 450 years ago
is merely a momentary distraction. If you think pyramids are cool, then if you ever built a parallel plane would you put them here in the physical realm as well? I just like the aesthetics. Pyramids are cool.

Orion-

I've always wanted to stay in the great pyramid at night :)
