CF Traveler a question!

CF any ideas on how to fix this issue:

In my last three sessions the throat chakra has tried to kick-in... but all it does is cause a coughing problem which kicks me into C1...

I know the karmic issue connected with this but it may have deeper roots... that have not surfaced... what kind of solutions do you recommend?

i don't know how you feel about this, but you could put a light blue crystal/gemstone on your throat when you practice.

I'm not sure what solutions to recommend- you could have anything from a physical problem, to a communication issue, (need to speak up), to an elemental issue (the element being air, if I remember correctly) or even a (some of you may cringe now) a Kundalini issue.
So, introspection, finding a way to express your issues, incorporating air or fire into your chakra work, what PR recommended.
BTW, what sessions are you referring to? OBE induction, healing, or something else?

Hi PR: Interestingly enough I have a set of stones that are supposed to be stones that affect the chakras...i.e... one for each chakra and I designed a throat band with a pocket to contain the stone... I stopped using them last year... but, I might try that and possibly obtain a crystal/gemstone do you have a name for the stone...?

My daily session regeme is :

Potpourri session: Afterlife Knowledge Guidebook (Bruce Moen) disc 1: cut 1-relaxation exercise; cut 5-Silly Little Finger Exercise; cut 6 - Perceiver/Intercepter exercise: disk 4: Imagination exercise 1; Monroe series: Journey out of the body condition d....

This whole series is continuous for about 1 1/2 hours using a cd changer system... the overall goal is obe or phasing one or the other occurs randomly... all of my chakras have ignited except the throat chakra... which for the last three session has attempted to ignite... but the coughing fit violently sends me to C1... Rather abruptly...

I know there is a karmic issue connected to the French revolution and that nastiness with the guillotine... but, I always thought I was an innocent bystander like the German population and the holocast... so I never took any responsibility for it accept I was a revolutionary... I may have to revisit that nastiness however distasteful and accept more responsibility because clearly what I think my attitude was has not relieved the condition... so clearly some part of that is not resolved or it goes deeper into an early past life I have not yet encountered... this is quite unpleasant to contemplate...

Blue Lace Agate, Lapis Lazuli, Blue Calcite, Blue Obsidian, any medium to light blue stone really.

Little by little one attempts to access culpability... the question is are there innocent bystanders... I like to think I was always a nice person, loving, careing and all that... there is the protection of The Code of the Warrior, just war just revolution, Liberté, égalité, fraternité... and all that good stuff but I will leave this public statement with a famous sentiment paraphrased:

I wonder a little, what does it mean when you write the word "cut"? Is it a random place somewhere in the CD that you stop and you then move to the next CD?

What do you mean when you write that your other chakras have "ignited"? I guess you mean whatever is considered "main chakras" as there are other not as important chakras in various places, like body joints?

what Robert Bruce calls "secondary chakras" aren't really chakras, so no, you don't have other chakras.  the ones at joints and what not are nadis, like chi pathway intersections.  there are other chakras besides the main seven though, but i don't know if those are traditional or if they are a more modern development.  it should be noted that different cultures see these energy center differently. 

for example, kabbalah aligns with the tree of life, like this

To be fair, he calls them secondary energy centers, and he calls the stones/tantiens  storage centers.  He uses the word chakras only because it is recognizable- roughly.

On the Moen AKG disc each exercise is numbered so when you use a cd changer you can program a specific cut (or disc exercise)... it isn't random... on the joob disks you will receive there is only one hour long exercise on each disk.

I am refering to the main chakras... muladhara (root chakra) they seem to fire up... attempt to start running but at this time in my meditative life the act like a car engine which is trying to turn over but keeps failing to fire up... Robert Bruce says to get a really powerful o.b.e... one needs to have a coordinated generation of the heart chakra, solar plexus chakra and the throat chakra... he warn the class that when the heart chakra really gets going you could think you are having a heart attack... but, it is just the chakra really doing its job...
