Astral at the Gold Hill Hotel

Hey everybody I hope you all had a good turkey day! I wanted to share an experience I had over Thanksgiving.
First off, we visited Nevada to spend the holliday with family and stayed in the Miner's cabin at the Gold Hill Hotel since my mother in law works there. For those that don't know, this particular house (rooms 18 and 19) are infamous for spirit activity. The first night we stayed in 18 which is supposed to be the hotspot but experienced nothing. On the second night we stayed in 19 (the attached room) and that's when everything happened.
At around 3am my dog woke me up barking and pacing. She gave me a hug and when I put my arms around her I realized she was shaking. So I turned on the recorder on my cell for a little over five minutes trying to get an EVP. The room was freezing and I certainly felt something there. After the five minutes I couldn't keep awake so I fell asleep.
Now, I dream that the car starts up and pulls away from the hotel. Because my husband is sleeping next to me I become lucid realizing that no one could be driving it. I then have a strong feeling that this is a threat somehow. Although I'm lucid I have no control over the dream. The door then opens and I can't see anyone there. Then the covers start getting pulled off. I try to wake my husband but I'm now leavong my body.
FYI: I rarely project. Its too hard. But I feel......drawn out, almost? So I start to panick and hear myself saying "no, not here. Not here. Not now." But I feel static and can't stop it.
What was in the room was negative. My dog didn't like it and I could sense it in the astral. It felt like something trying very hard to scare me.
As I'm fighting to get back in my body and wake up I hear a male voice speaking a language I don't know. Like "Dom" was one of the words. It was loud and clear and went. On for maybe two minutes. The idea that this was a demon popped into my head and I really freaked out.
Jasmine then barked and woke me up.

I do not believe in demons or anything like that but I DO believe that a negative energy had a good time trying to get under my skin. Once I was up I took Jaz to the car and she stared at the cabin with her ears down. She spent the rest of the night there.

I went back but couldn't sleep. Reviewed the tape in the morning and at 4:47 minutes I caught an EVP! Totally worth the nightmare astral. It sounds like a woman saying "sleeping beauty" and most people that have listened agree. I sent the clip to a paranormal investigator friend on the east coast. He took out the noise and turned up the volume. To him it sounds like "Leave me".

So I wanted to share that with you all

I do have one question. Does anyone know why someone who has trouble projecting would do it so easily there? I don't believe it was pulling me out but I certainly felt drawn out. Thanks

For most of your experience I can't speculate, but I do know the word "Dom" means "House" in the Polish language. Then again this is a complete shot in the dark since many languages probably have this sound.

amazing and scary experience, thanks for posting, i sure hope i dont experience something like this anytime soon.

just wait a bit till xanth comes in and asks you if there are any unsolved emotions and problems that are causing your fears to materialise and fueling negative entities.

It sounds like a woman saying "sleeping beauty" and most people that have listened agree. I sent the clip to a paranormal investigator friend on the east coast. He took out the noise and turned up the volume. To him it sounds like "Leave me".

That is the thing with EVP's, they can sound different to every person.  The problem I see is when someone gets an "EVP" is that instead of giving others the chance to decide what is being said, they are already given an idea on this says this, this says that.  Their personal perception is already tainted with what others think they heard.  The show Ghost Adventures is a perfect example of tainted EVP's.

I just think EVPs are fun and nothing to be taken so seriously. It could have said something completely different than both of our guesses or not be an EVP at all. I'm just happy I caught "something". I don't need to over think it.

haha it was just a joke because xanth usually comes into these neg threads with those kind of logical comments, but i'm sure what you experienced was real, certainly sounded like it.
