how to know if you're astral projecting

hi! i am new here, please help me.

the thing is, every time i sleep in the afternoon i feel like im astral projecting. the exact things that happen to me are:

i will sleep then suddenly i will wake up then i will be able to go to places anywhere inside the house. then i will suddenly realize that i am still asleep, just dreaming. then i would see other things, other people etc. then when i force myself to wake up, i cannot move my body. if i try to move, for example, my hands, it is very hard and it feels like something is really trying to hold them. the thing that really bothers me is i cannot talk or shout to ask for help. so every time i experience it, i always try to wake up on my own by trying to move every thing.

what is happening to me? please help me.

Sounds like you're astral projecting, or lucid dreaming, can't tell which but I don't think it really matters, the point is just that you're aware.  And then when you come back you're in sleep paralysis.  I don't know much about sleep paralysis because I don't have it but I'm sure plenty of people on here can tell you all about it.

I think you're projecting with all the related symptoms (paralysis, viewing your surroundings, then also dream-like reality fluctuations).

Hi it certainly does sound like Astral Projection, maybe you could try and control it a bit more?  Do you ever move outside of your room?

Sounds like you are astral projecting.  Also, sounds like you are experiencing sleep paralysis too.  This happens to me frequently.  It's scary at first to feel  'awake' and not be able to move.  I've reached a place, though, where I just relax and let my body wake on its own, because that state doesn't last very long.
