Part One will deal with common pre-separation symptoms. These are Sleep paralysis, vibrations and unusual noises (such as roaring, rushing or whirring). Part Two deals with methods of movement out of body and these include floating (levitation indoors), flight (levitation outdoors), and teleportation.

Greetings all
Wow, thanx to all who have replied. 
It might seem that responding by copying and pasting and highlighting one line to each answer is a tedious way of doing things. Yet this is the only way that I could think of to get the frequency of each phenomena. Doing a standard poll with a Yes or No answer to each question would have left a LOT of info unanswered. The copy, paste and highlight response seemed to be the only way to gather this data.
