Er never heard of astral projection, lucid dreams etc till last week and my personal trainer told me all about it and what he had experinced (he's been into it for over 20 years). So everything is brand new to me. Trying to read up and understand and it really excites me. Just started my dream diary but thats about it so far.
What does not destroy me only makes me stronger
