I was reading things on the forum and on the page describing Astral Pulse Island and mental projection was mentioned. After reading more about it I realized that I have been doing this since 4th grade. I instinctively knew how to do it somehow. I have recently been mentally projecting again and I confirmed its reality, I was in class one day and layed my head down. I decided to project to another class and when I got there I saw someone who wasn't in school for weeks. I couldn't believe it until I walked by the classroom a while later and saw her come out. Does anyone else here practice mental projection? and if you do have you ever confirmed anything you've seen?

So what's the definition of MP then (as opposed to AP)? Is it a kind of Remote Viewing? Is it like Phasing? Or is it just a projection to the Mental plane instead of the lower Astral/RTZ plane(s) (you account sounds like Remote Viewing in RTZ though)?

Aren't the terms "mental" synonymous with "astral" in varying perspectives?
They say hope begins in the dark...
But most just flail around in the blackness, searching for their destiny...
The darkness... For me... Is where I shine.

I would say its Phasing

What is mental projection? what???

I can only say what I've experienced. I've had both 1st phase OOBEs (here-now physical world projections) and 2nd phase OOBEs (astral projection - which are more common). While during my 1st phase OOBEs I haven't gone much further than my room as they tend to be short-lived, I've been able to visit people in 2nd phase OOBEs and been able to get confirmations for them (if they weren't coincidences). What I saw them do was either what they were dreaming at the time, or if they were awake it appears that I saw what was on their minds, and also at times I saw slightly inaccurate replicas of the locations they were at and what they were doing at the time (as though I had entered their subconscious).

One person in particular reported feeling weird at the time of my experience as though he was supposed to remember something or someone. At the time he was meditating and daydreaming a lot as he was getting into Buddhism. It may be possible that, as he meditated and his brain waves went from beta to alpha, he might have become more receptive to my frequency in the metaphysical realm.

sounds like remote viewing
"Life is only a dream and we are the imagination of ourselves."

...or clairvoyance. This is all the same stuff, maybe slightly different methods of practice and perception. What I like about clairvoyance is remaining physically anchored while perceiving the non-physical.

That's a mental projection by definition... a projection to the higher Astral realms. It sounds like the OP had a typical astral/etheric projection at best.

I'll have to completely go with Stookie on this... all of the terms we tend to throw around these days generally describe the same end result, projection of some form into an area of consciousness that isn't this physical reality.

Out of Body Experience...
Astral Projection...
Phasing...
Wake Induced Lucid Dreaming...
Mental Projection...

I see them as being the same thing, with the difference being, for the most part, the result of "WHEN" your shift into the non-physical is initiated.
