Hey again, last night I woke up ad felt strong ringings in my body and ears. After a minute I started rising up. I rised like 5 or 6 feet, but I couldn't see anything. It was pitch black. I guess I was so exhausted that I fell back to sleep.

Was this a projection? Or something else

Sounds like a similar OBE I had.  I wouldnt call it projection because you didnt go into astral, you stayed in RTZ

Well Fresco, that's really semantics...
Some people refer to all forms of non-physical journeys as "projections".

They're all just forms of projecting your consciousness to somewhere that isn't here.

Thanks for the replies guys. I've been having these experiences often lately. The only problem is I'm not fully aware that I'm actually in that state. It's like in a sleep walking type of state. How can I increase my awareness when Im able to project?

That may well have been an OBE but you really need to see something to convince yourself that you are out of body. So the next time that it happens try using an affirmation to help vision, something like "Vision Now !" or "Clarity Now !" Seeing is believing as they say!
