Hi Everyone!

I have been working on AP for a few months now, and I have made some great progress. I am stuck and am hoping to get some advice on how to move past this obstacle. I have tried researching and I've read a couple books, but none have really given me what I need to understand what I am experiencing.
I normally get the vibrations, and now am able to make them more intense as needed, although am I by no means an expert at this.
My hands and arms get out, then my torso/head, then my legs and feet. I am floating above my body, sometimes up to the ceiling but ALWAYS get pulled back into my body before I can move away. Sometimes I get my upper body out, but again I am unable to avoid getting pulled back into my physical body. I have blindness too, and from what I've read I need to get at least 10 feet away from my physical body to stay out, but I can't seem to move once I'm actually out.

Has anyone gotten stuck here? I've only ever been able to levitate out, so it feels really passive.

Anyway, I'm really looking for insight on how to progress past the floating, and how to keep from being pulled back into my physical body. I've tried using sheer will power, but it hasn't worked yet. I've also gotten on the floor once and tried crawling away but again I was pulled back. SO frustrating!

Any advice would be fully appreciated.

You could have a weak energy body. Do you try to meditate or do energy work regularly?

Tiphareth

Thanks for the response.
I have been meditating daily, and doing work on my chakras, trying to strengthen my energy body like you mention.
I will keep at it and hopefully see success with progressing past this stage. Does anyone have any suggestions or exercises they do that has helped them?

Gratitude!

Hi Tipha, get a book on basic yoga asanas and learn about seven of the simplist ones to use before meditation. Also have it in your mind to fly as soon as you are out of body.
Cheers, djed

Thanks, djed!

I will do that. I appreciate the feedback. Hopefully I'll report soon that I've made it past this obstacle.

Grazie!
