Twice early this morning I was in a good trance, felt the feeling of sinking, then rising. I could feel thaw astral body separation like I was slowly tearing away from the physical one extremity at a time. And when I got to my head that's when my husband and child both would turn over or stir and bump into me. It happened at the same point twice, so after that I gave up.

Seriously getup early in the morning and goto a couch or sofa

Yes it sounds as though you  were nearly there so you need to setup a place where you wont be disturbed, but dont forget to keep warm.
