Hey guys :-)

First of all i'd just like to say that i'm new to this website so If this post is in the wrong thread/discussion then I apologise...

Basically I've been trying to astral project now for roughly 6 weeks with hardly any progress, in terms of relaxtion i've made progress, but not in terms of out of body experiences or astral projection in general, basically i've learnt to put my body in a deep relaxation/sleep state whilst keeping my mind & conciousness awake, (thinking i've done the hard bit) but never getting further beyond that point...  :-(

I've been trying so hard to enter the vibrational stage and I do feel like there's motion going on inside of me somewhere, but the invisible rope/rollover techniques just haven't worked for me either, it's as if I can't imagine myself floating up because I feel my body lying down the whole time, the "Paralysis" stage hardly happens to me either, sometimes I lose all feeling of my body but I know that I can always move physically at any point if I want, compared to full astral paralysis where I shouldn't be able to move at all...

Long story short, the more I attempt astral projection and fail, the more frustrated & angry I seem to get especially as the weeks turn into months.

I don't want to bore anyone with my personal life but astral projection is seriously important to me right now as I need a solution or help with a physical condition that's been affecting me since I was a boy, a non life-threatening condition but has side effects that leaves me incredibly suicidal especially because no physcial means of help can be found for it. After hearing about the Akashik records (Forgive my spelling) I knew the only way to move this enormous mountain in my life was to travel to the astral plains and finally get some truth from people who actually know how to help me and what i'm facing.

So could any of you guys suggest any tips or guide me as to where I might be going wrong?? :? If I can master astral projection then I might be finally able to get the help i've needed all my life and not have to worry about going into an early grave :| any help would be massively appreciated, and I mean MASSIVELY!

Also I just wanted to ask a short question, what happens to people who commit suicide in the astral? will they go to a dark hellish place or be offered the chance to progress spiritually like i've heard?? And is it in my destiny to end my life by committing 'sideways' or act suicidal?? In the past when i've been close to some suicidal attempts, I never experienced any OBE activity, is this normal???

Once again thanks guys for any comments or help, very much appreciated! (Sorry you had to read such a long topic)

Love & light always,

Mark.

Welcome to Astral Pulse mate!

I've been in a similar predicament, when i first started and right now. I can share with you what's worked for me in the past though.

1. You are going to want to perform your regular AP routine at night anyways, even if it doesn't work. It's good practice regardless, and will keep the idea of APing fresh in your mind

2. This method is to be done in the hypnopompic stage. This is the stage where you are half-asleep after you've woken up. Try setting your alarm a few hours earlier than normal. When it goes off, set it back the way it needs to go (if you will still need the alarm to wake up for work/school/etc).

3. After waking up, go do something mundane for a little while so that you can kick your brain back into logic-mode. Go have a drink of water, a cigarette, whatever, take a leak.

4. Use that time that you have to breif yourself. APing should have an objective of some sort, come up with an objective, develop a short protocol on how you will handle any situations that could surprise you.

5. Get back into bed and do your AP procedure as normal. Mind Awake/Body asleep will happen quickly because your body will naturally want to get back to sleep. This makes it very easy.

6. Vibrations should come very quickly. Infact they may be very-very intense. This could startle you but it's okay.

7. You might feel like the vibrations are causing you to shift planes and you should become sort of numb yet very vibratory.

8. Try one of the exiting techniques, roll out, rope, getting up...

I was able to project in under a minute using this technique. It may surprise you that it can be that simple. It may or may not work for you, but for those that have been trying other night-time methods may have better success with this.

I usually try to project to some place I find safe/serene. Sometimes I just pop out in my room. The first thing you want to do is gather your thoughts, and breif yourself: Find out what you are going to do, figure out how you will handle certain situations good/bad, etc... popping out almost feels like waking up. Just like you wake up "here" and feel a little disoriented, it's the same when you wake up "there".

It's very easy to slip into alice in wonderland mode and thus "fall asleep" while out of your body, reverting the experience to a non or half-lucid dream.

I try to sing a song that I know all the words too, or just keep thinking about the immediate surroundings and imagine that you're holding them together somehow. Either way, you will have to focus on something that requires conscious though.

All the best mate, I hope you succeed, never underestimate the power of a little positive reinforcement. Believe without a shadow of a doubt that you're going to remain calm, focused, and project.  Oh, i'd just like to add that i've never needed a real get out method, during the four times that i've projected I've always lost consciousness and then realized i was out, which is odd.
