I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around this.  Perhaps a real physicist like Yamabushi can illustrate this for me.

The core idea is that the dimensionality of space depends on the size of the space we're observing, with smaller spaces associated with fewer dimensions.

So far so good, there is a relationship between dimension and size.  Does this mean that dimensions have a size limit, so that if the medium gets larger there must be another one created in that space?

That means that a fourth dimension will open up -- if it hasn't already -- as the universe continues to expand.

But will this dimension affect the space in which the other three are?

The theory also suggests that space has fewer dimensions at very high energies of the kind associated with the early, post-big bang universe.

So does this mean that high energy (high frequency) mean less dimensions?  Does this imply that expansion takes energy away that is already there?

This is a great article.

Maybe the 4th dimension is consciousness... or a paradigm shift will occur that causes consciousness to flip and be an extra dimension. Who knows.

I had read in the law of one, a guy named Larson proposes six dimensions. Three of space, three of time..

"Larson assumed six, and properly labeled them as the three dimensions of space and

Similar to the article, is the progression of densities.. not dimensions..
