My First Projection.

I have just had the honor of having this wonder occur to me for the first time out of many tries. I finally projected. In the beginning I felt a much more unfamirial feeling I only got in one past expeirence where I could never leave. My original vibrations were pulses not my extreme numbness which did come in later. I do have ADD and ADHD so you can imangine how hard this is for me. Soon I felt my vibrational state lower and I did exactly what I had read, I slowly rocked side to side, all of a sudden all the people and figures I was seeing as I was meditating blurred back as in fast speed. I looked at blackness for it is night. I turned around only to see a lower part of my face. I wear a "stoner beanie" while mediating to block light and I find them very relaxing to where, it's my saftey blanket. I soon realize that face is mine and all of a sudden I am flung almost through a wall into something white but for some reason it seemed so beautiful and I began to cry, which I haven't done in countless years. I realized at that point I hit a second phase. I had gotten what.  I wanted, a blank demension for me to inhabit, all I got to make was one other human, but she was beautiful and I still feel a tie to her. She was on the short side, we are both naked. She had a normal body, hair to her shoulderblades, brown, darker under the outside with blonde hints, wavy. She had glasses on, which I find a nice touch. She had maybe D or C breasts. I feel like she said something meaningful, but I couldn't under stand. I went closer to her, and held her in my arms, and I had accidentally opened my eyes and it was lost, yet it seemed like years I spent there oddly. What do you think of it?

hey man congrats i also have add and i just recently started projecting Ive been practicing for a while and I'm starting to get it, you  just have to really relax, i did the same thing u did i joined this forum the first time i projected, check out my posts and on my most recent there is a link to a site where you can listen to or download this mp3 that i found really helpful peace out man see you in the astrals

I used one too. I used I-Dosers Which I had bought because mp3 files can't hold all the HTz levels used. I am going to do it again now

Yah ive herd that before but the mp3 that I posted the link to isnt really binerial beats its a self hypnotic mp3 if you listen while meditating its a voice that talks to you and hypnotizes you into astral projecting it seems to do the job for me you may wanna take a peak sometime
