Hi guys!Is it normal for sleep paralysis to be gone?Since i began to experiment with techniques for having an obe I've never experienced it again-before or while getting the vibrations or no matter when I wake up-i CAN MOVE FREELY!It's like an year without paralysis  waiting for your views on the subject

You might have just moved past them.
You've probably just become so accustomed to the response that you do experience it, but it's just a fleeting moment and it kicks off.

Just a thought.  :)

Maybe.I thought that my body is no longer producing some substance used to paralyze muscles not needed when we sleep(yeah a member of the pulse explained the paralysis to me as a chemical  that paralyzes those unneeded muscle groups)

Suffice to say that's not the problem... if it was, you'd be constantly acting out your dreams while sleeping.  :)

even If I do would I remember :D

If you live in a house with other people, I'm pretty sure someone would say something.  ;)

yeah once they told me that I was running trough the house, trying to open the front door screaming-"It's and atomic bomb! It's an atomic bomb!:D:D But the way I remember it my arm had it blod flow canceled because I slept on it and as i wake up the feeling was as if something was climbing on my hand-I tri to remove it but it comes back,it's dark in the room and i panic(thought it was a big rat)and went running to turn a light on.so the versions are different but who knows...

Simo! I have been having the same experience... When I feel the vibrations come on, it feels as if I could start moving and open my eyes and what not at any time.... It's really weird. Before I was stone cold PARALYZED! I think it could be because we are not in a deeply relaxed enou state yet? Hmm I'm not sure.

My understanding is that it's not a chemical, it's an electrical signal.  If your brain didn't produce the signal, you would injure yourself or sleepwalk every time you dream, which is a lot.  So chances are, you're just more in 'synch' with your natural body processes than you think.

That definitely  makes me feel better thanks CFTraveler!

Maybe waking SP is cause by our higher selves in an effort to get us to project.

Like if projection was an important part of why we incarnated into this life but for whatever reason we hadnt got round to trying it.

So now you're consciously trying to project you dont need the SP anymore to push you in the right direction.

Just a thought.
