Have any of you met someone that lives in the astral?

I hear p-real knows women in the astral. 

Monroe was the one that would meet the deceased or somebody on the astral. Always found the stories interesting, wondering if anyone shared the same experience.

When it comes to meeting entities and things of that nature. I personally have only met 2 entities and I have no idea whether they call the astral plane home.

The question is...if these being we encounter are sentient, do they even have a concept such as "home" like we do? Besides, I personally think we exist here and there and everywhere at the same time. It's a question of where your awareness is focusing on really. Where you are consciously...you are unconscious everywhere else.
