I feel overwhelmed! Im a lost padawan who needs a Jedi master...

well hopefully my starwars metaphor caught some attention..hee hee... Im totally new to the astral society, I just started learning about lucid dreaming and research into that brought me here.I loved the lucid crossroads website and read most of what it had to offer, though ive only had 2 lucid dreams. Astral projection seems above and beyond lucid dreaming so I am very interested in learning techniques. I am overwhelmed by the sheer volume of stuff there is to read here, the possiblities are exciting but confusing. Will some kindly experienced Astral "jedi master" point me out a few good, concise tips on meditation techniques that help astral projecting? I need someone to help me narrow down what topics i should research as well, I love to read but I dont want to sift through hundreds of vague posts that mention things that Im unfamiliar with....Im just a simple country girl here! I appreciate any seasoned advice from the masters..... thank you Obi Wan Kenobi....you're my only hope.....
