Hi all!

So, I have been extremely successful at reaching a myriad of astral experiences of the past weeks, but my OBEs share a similar theme that I would like some feedback on.

As I have reached a multitude of astral/OBE states, I an undeniably having an OBE. Between the POV, feeling, softness, details match the RTZ, I am there. All my OBEs, though (just OBEs, not projections) are me kinda stuck in my body trying to get out. I say kinda because I keep trying to "climb out"/"float out" (you know what i mean) but I feel like I am caught in glue/magnet that keep pulling me back into my reclined body. It is me laying there, trying to do like a sit-up of sorts, but there is not enough energy/whatever to pull myself from my laying body. I can't say it is painful, but it is frustrating and uncomfortable. I usually get so frustrated, I use the finger technique to snap myself out of it.

Has anyone had this experience and also had a realization how to overcome this stage?

I want to enjoy all the OBEs I end up experiencing, and I need a strategy next time this happens.

On an slightly unrelated note, I am hearing disembodied voices speaking to me behind me. Yeah, they are pretty scary and definitely freak me out as they say some pretty f&*ked up stuff, but I have an astral IQ high enough to discount them and focus on what I am trying to accomplish.

Cheers all,
Contenteo

The rope climbing technique works like magic for me. Another is to lift my hand slightly under my sheet and wait until I don't feel any resistance (which means my astral hand has broken free). I also fly away from my body immediately after or I get sucked back in.

The voices/sounds will go away with time so just have fun with them realizing that everyone experiences them. I used to talk back to them to 'bug off' and that actually shuts them up.

Have u had any success with NEW, gathering a lot of energy a few hours before OBE attempt?

The disembodied voices, have you tried to contact them, face them with your minds eye, tried to visualized them. Send them love and acceptance and allow them into your heart. Hug them and let them enter your non-physical body. Accept the fear and absorb it until it becomes part of you. They could be lonely Aspects of Self who want to re-join you.

I was going to say "ask for help" but given the f*&*d up voices you may want to be specific in who you want help from.  Usually I've just been able to roll out, but on one of my early projections it literally felt like someone "flipped" me lengthwise so that I spun upside down really fast - at which point I found myself on all fours on the floor beside the bed - did the trick.

Sounds like you're doing really good. I have had that experience many times but one perticular morning I was laying in bed and my mom woke me up to tell me someone was here to pick me up then she left the room. It put me in the perfect state to OBE. I found myself doing sit ups in my bed but was getting stuck at my waist and then pulled back in. I did this about 5 times til I tried so hard to stay out until what felt like a hand grab my shoulder and pull me back in.
The easiest way for me to get OBE is just simply rolling out and falling on the floor I have not had any problems with that

I had the same problem the first time I got past the vibrations. My head got stuck. I still remember how frustrated I felt. What I did the next time was roll out of bed (first successful separation). I used the rope method on another occasion and it worked fast as well. Nowadays, I just float away gently. Once the vibrations are over, I focus on how nice it would feel to fly out of my body. So basically, each time it got easier for me.

So yeah, a clear intention is required in order to separate, but it can be easy to master.

Keep practicing and good luck!  :-)
