Felt my self going out of body but failed.

I remember waking up somewhere early in the morning and I got the vibrations etc and I began to feel my self coming out of my body and I moved a hand but it wasn't my conscious hand. Is this my astral body? But I have one question during all of this I could see as if I was lieing on the bed, is it possible I was doing all this while my eyes were open???

That sounds to me like an OBE that didn't succeed. For some reason, I've yet to figure out, that will happen; A leg or an arm will come out but the rest of the body is stuck.

Had a few of these experiences also. Have felt the woosh sensation with a conciousness shift, and then been able to wave arms around but not my physical ones.  But my back has been stuck to the bed like glue and its really hard to fully seperate. Also i've not had much vision and i try to get vision, and open my eyes and its all over.
Its slow progress for me, because i can only attain this situation like once every few weeks

It sounds like you were doing fine, but then you noticed what was happening and it ended the experience.

But I have one question during all of this I could see as if I was lieing on the bed, is it possible I was doing all this while my eyes were open???

It's very possible.
