so last night was probably one of the most "successful" projections that i've ever had. i had much more progress grounding myself in the non-physical allowing me to prolong the duration of my projection and the place that i explored was one of the most interesting places i have been. unfortunately, upon returning back to my physical body, i got lazy and fell back asleep. since, i've only been able to remember the the beginning of my projection. i'm so sad :( .. but anywho, i found it funny that when i was already in my non-physical body, i was using techniques such as "kicking" to get myself out of my body, but what i didn't realize at first was that i was already out. after a handful of times of kicking my wall (i could even hear the sound), i realized i could just get out of bed like i do physically. i've read that mirrors can lead you to interesting places, so recently i've been remembering that whenever i project. however, when i tried to enter my large mirror in my room, it wouldn't allow me to stick my hand through it. after failing, i made my way to my window. i found that i could simply touch the blinds and sliding glass to let it raise or open itself. it was like magic :D. when i opened my window, there appeared an almost fantasy-like location. all i remember was flying out, exploring my surroundings and mingling with a few entities. i know it was one of the most intriguing places i've ever been to and i regret not writing about it.

anyways, i was just wondering if anyone had any advice on entering mirrors, walking through walls, etc.

First, congratz on the projection. Second, train your mind. You were taught since birth that everything is solid, you can't walk through it. Train it to think other wise. Once you realize that, than it'll help walking through objects a whole lot more. As for mirrors, the way i see it ( atleast from MY projection experiences ) it's something you want to stay away from. It can shift you into an alternate reality of your own projection.

Sometimes you can go through stuff. Sometimes you cant. I've tried eyes open and eyes closed, forwards and backwards.

I've doubted whether I can go through something and then gone through a moment later. I've flown straight at something in full confidence of going through only to bounce back off.

I've wondered whether solidity might actually be a "real" thing in some non-physical environments. Like if the vibrational rate of the environment is very close to that of your projected body then they cant pass through each other.

Everything is made up of energy, energy isn't a solid. It's about 90% empty space. So it's not that you "sometimes can't" go through an object, that's just how your mind is set up. You can go through anything at anytime.

Greetings Schockstuhh
Mirrors are very tricky. Some people get transported through mirrors to the most marvelous exotic locations. Other people are unable to get into or through a mirror. Unfortunately I have very little experience with mirrors. So my only suggestions is to set a desired locations ahead of time and try to enter a mirror and transport/teleport to that desired place. Don't know if it will work. But trial and error seem to be called for here.

Good luck  :-)

thanks for the comments. the non-physical in it of itself is tricky when your mind is so used to the barriers in the physical. perhaps, i'm simply not ready for mirrors yet. i'm thinking i should practice AP'ing with much more control first and start with controlling where doors and such take me. many times i've opened my doors and my window in the last experience, and it's opened up to a completely unknown environment or area. once i have this mastered, then perhaps i could move on to mirrors.

are you only referring to the non-physical?

No. Everything both in the realm and in the physical is made up of energy

In theory I agree with you. But I've yet to see someone walk through a physical wall. Energy can interact with other energy - attract, repell. A stone doesnt expect to land on the ground when it falls yet somehow it doesnt pass through the earth.

Thought is a pretty powerful thing. When you were born you were told "this is a solid you can't go through it, so is this and this and this" etc. The way i see it, everybody's thought form is what makes everything you see around you a "solid"
