Time Travel and OOBE's

I keep hearing about the ability to travel through time and revisit "past" lives during OOBE's. 

After reading up on Monroe (and Frank), it would seem that this is possible because time doesn't exist.  It is a perception we have at this focus level or level of consciousness or C-1 or whatever label makes you happy.  This kind of makes sense, I guess, but I have some questions.

Since there is no time, we don't lead sequential lives, but rather they are happening all at once without beginning or end, into infinity.  This is supposedly why it is possible to visit "past"  lives in the astral.  BUT.  What about future lives?  I have never heard of anyone doing this.  I do know that Frank said one of his guides was a "future" version of himself from another planet, but that's all I've heard about visiting "future" lives.

On to the next question.  Can you visit people that you've met in this life that haven't died yet?  I mean time doesn't exist, so don't they also exist in the astral, and can you communicate with them?

Now on to another more puzzling question.  My "mentor" (I use the term loosely since it's a purely online dialogue) claims that he has visited himself in the astral.  I don't mean the whole astral counterpart thing that Bruce talks about, I mean he went to the afterlife "planes" and met himself.  Obviously I was intrigued and I asked how that was, he said it was actually pretty boring... like talking to a 10-year-old playing a video game.  Has anyone else done this???

After hundreds of OOBEs I've only experienced one that didn't feel like now. I arrived at a classic English 18th century manor sitting room where everyone (including me) was dressed in period dress and speaking in the manner of the time. It was very fleeting but very vivid and I felt this did not come from my own dreaming consciousness but I truly was plopped down back in time. Would love to have this experience again but I would guess it's fairly rare.

Your question has inspired me to consciously ask to go forward and/or back in time next time I have the opportunity (although my requests to go places haven't been working lately - I find I just randomly end up in places even when I visualize where I want to go).

Yes, I've seen past lives in both the past and in the future. (mainly in the future actually, because it's quite interesting there).

As to your other question, yes it is possible to visit people who haven't died yet. You might see them at any point during their lives (time is not linear). Maybe this is why people commonly report having experiences with others who don't remember it. We could even be having experiences with individuals we know-- Or think we know-- while they are actually in another life, we just perceive them as we know them now.

I have tried to travel through various points in my life, but was never able to. It probably has to do with a subconscious mind block of witnessing an event of myself, from a different perspective. From the physical point of view we will never see ourselves, except in reflections.
Without a doubt, it's possible, but there has to be enough intent and little subconscious restrictions holding one back.
