Telepathy, visualize the person sitting in front of you. Than visualize a purple tube going from your brow chakra to the other persons. When you send images or words to them, have it go through the tube into their head.

Either or, you have that temporary connection so you're open up to each other.

Its weird how people find it hard to break, if you make it, you can break it, simple! I had to do that when i created a sheild round my brother, and then i started feeling ill and sick, so i simply broke it, and the ground and centred and i was fine. Though it is easier to create, then it is to break i admit.

You can make a shield dissolve after a time period you know People just have trouble understanding how easy and simple all of this is. Than there's the people who create the long, time consuming, complicated methods

I know lol, but i set the shield up to remain alive for 48 hours, which turned out to be a bit much

err, i tihnk your question, is why it needed to remain alive. I made it because i was worried about my brother, and when i say remain alive, i just mean, so it didn't dissolve by itself

When you build an energy shield you can use it for numerous things. The most common one is to block negativity
