It is easy for me to visualize a red cup of a certain shape and size.

BUT I am not sure how I could visualise this (for example) :

I am doing a research project. I need to interview 10 different persons every week for one year.  I must be able to get those 10 different persons who meet certain criteria at random, from the public. Every interview must be successful, too, according  to certain criteria.

How do I visualize that ?

Thank you.

What do you mean by visualizing it? You can run through scenarios in your head already right?

Do you want to turn it into NVC? Like a statement of what you want as a message to your guide/higher self/subconscious/whatever.

One way you could do it:

Start with visualizing the words "This is a message", "Research project", just so there can be no mistake. When you finish the visualization end with "End of message". It lets who/whatever your talking to know this isnt just random daydreaming.

Visualize a massive crowd of people from above. Randomly reach down and pull one out and place them infront of you in an office. Go through this interview in real time and when the criteria have been reached overlay a big green tick on the scene.

Now visualize a calendar with squares for each week. Pull the person out of your interview and place him in the first square where he will be replaced by a number 1.

Now back to the crowd. Grab another person. Into the office. High speed the interview, the details dont need to be there. At the end place a big tick over it and put them in the first square of the calender which will now show the number 2.

Now go into superfast mode. Just grab, office, tick, calender. Up to 10. Now place a big green tick over the box with 10 in it.

I'd then just fill in the weeks directly with 10 and ticks. Basically just imagine flicking through a calender full of tens and green ticks.

Thats just the first idea that came to mind. You can think of much better ways if you give it some thought.

I generally don't go into detail in what I want, I have found that to be counterproductive.
In your case, I would imagine myself working in a place with people that are just right for their jobs.  No details, just 'right'.

Blis,

How do I visualize those persons I will be picking individually  ? Should I just visualise the silhouette of a human figure (the image of a person consisting of the  outline and a featureless interior ) to represent every correct person to pick ?

Can words replace images totally in creative visualization or will that be something  else ?

vagusnerves,

As CFTraveler said, you don't need to get into specific details.  Just place the Intent based around a general idea of what you want, allow that energy to go out into the universe to bring back what you need.  :)
