Astral Body Paralysis?

So I've known about astral projection for years but have recently (the past month or two) had much better results. Early this morning was probably my most successful projection but was very similar to my others in the aspect that I couldn't move when out of my body. My two previous successful projections involved me floating slowly upwards out of my body, paralyzed, for about 10 seconds until I woke up.

This morning I projected up and out, and was sucked back in after a few seconds. This happened a few more times in a 5 minute period before I had remembered reading that staying close to your body can make it more challenging to project. SO on my 4th try I immediately willed myself through the wall into the guest room right next to mine. First of all, going through my wall just felt weird. (1) Is that normal? Secondly, when I got into the guest room my body was almost frozen. I could see around me but couldn't movie a muscle. (2) Any tips?

(3) Also there was a picture on the wall that usually isn't there, I believe that's my subconscious projecting the picture onto the wall?
(4) And one last thing.. I usually don't experience the vibrational stage for long but every time I'm transitioning from body to spirit it's difficult for me to breathe for a few seconds. Above when I was talking about the dog-demon looking entity at my girlfriend's house it was only a few seconds into my projection and then she had woken me up saying I was having unusual breathing patterns and it scared her.

The breathing and all is just normal reactions for the first couple of times you project. You did the right thing and willed yourself away from the body, keep it that way. Keep the will. Going through objects the first few times will feel wierd, after awhile you will get used to it and do it like it's nothing. You were in the RTZ, so either that painting has been there at one point in time of the history of the house, or your mind did project it there. I'd say something on a subconscious level was keeping your body from moving, maybe a hidden fear. Try meditating before hand. Vibrations and other sensations don't really matter. In the end it comes down to when YOU think the body is ready to leave. Sorry it's all jumbled around, i'm in a rush so.
