Heart chakra technqiue

The technique entails focusing on a heart chakra. If you cannot feel it, start with focusing on a heartbeats. As you do this, eventually you will feel the warmth. The warmth is very basic amount of love, but enough to give you something to hold on to. When you start feeling warmth, you start focusing on it (no longer on heartbeats). That warmth is in the heart chakra. As you focus on the warmth/love, the flow of it will start to increase to the extent of your capacity to feel love energy. The climax of this technique is to focus so much on the love that you forget about everything else and to loose yourself in it, making the energy all that exist. If your body falls asleep you will project. I never yet projected with it but have wondered, since one would be emersed and one with the love energy, whether we would project into the astral plane or to a dimension of bliss.

Have anyone ever tried focusing on love in such way?

If you fall asleep and remain consciously aware or become consciously aware after you fall asleep... you're projecting.

Not a dimension of bliss but I reckon opening my heart chakra that much made me energetically compatible enough to enter a place I prevously wasnt in tune with.

Well people will probably try to tell you many different places.

In the end, all that anyone can really tell you is that you'll end up in another reality frame that isn't this physical reality frame. 

See, in my opinion there is really only "Here" (this physical reality) and "There" (somewhere that isn't this physical reality).

Someone who actually made it there can also provide with description of that reality which I find is very important part when sharing experiences of another realities. There are also already many people who have travelled to lots of places and back and have labeled them, which can help others with their own direction.

Eventually, you'll find that all labels provided by a person are their own personal, individual and unique identifier for their own experiences.  They don't apply to anyone but themselves.

Ryan, keypoint of my previous post was description of reality. If person sees reality objectively, then his perception of it is the same as of any other person who also see it objectively, otherwise it wouldn't be called reality in true sense of the word.

Why is the heart chakra by the heart ? Did someone decide to make this up and make the heart chakra that place for love etc ? Since the heart is supposed to be some symbol ? Or is that really the place and it is a coincidence that its by the heart ?

One chakra had to be the place through which love would flow. I don't think it is a coincidence that heart chakra was chosen for that role.
