Over the nights I have been noticing I have lucid awareness. I took a nap 20 minutes ago and I had lucid awareness and one night I was changing minor things  but I had to say "zap" to change it.

-How can I get in complete control?
-Is it normal to know you're lucid and then forget it?
-How to stay aware longer and in the dream longer?
-How can I induce an AP by LD?

Thanks.

At the time, that was just 'your way' of making changes.

Honestly?  I'm not sure... sometimes I have full waking awareness (an astral awareness) and I still have troubles changing my surroundings.
Sometimes I have a lucid awareness and it's easy to change stuff.  It's strange.

Quote-Is it normal to know you're lucid and then forget it?
Perfectly normal.  It just means you've lost focus, or decreased your awareness.  Some call it "falling back into a dream".

How to stay aware longer?  Keep your mind active in experience.  Try not to slow down or stop... always stay focused on what you're doing.
How to stay in the dream longer?  Keep doing the above... also, learn to figure out "when" you're beginning to wake up.  Once you feel that sensation of waking, try spinning like a top in the non-physical.  You're not physical, so you won't get dizzy, and it has the effect of grounding you in the experience for some reason.

but I had to say "zap" to change it. Some people find it easier to have a "code word" To do things. As long as it works for you keep to it.

-How can I get in complete control?
It's nothing that happens right away. Keep working on being aware of the dream and remembering the dream, pretty soon the control will follow.

-Is it normal to know you're lucid and then forget it?
Absolutely.

-How to stay aware longer and in the dream longer?
I find that keeping a bit of consciousness until you naturally fall asleep helps with the LD awareness. Like i set before though, practice remembering the dream and being aware. That'll help a lot

-How can I induce an AP by LD?
While LD, have a bright, white, "wormhole" appear, while going through it have the strong thought of waking up, and projecting.
