I have been a student of Gerald's for 3 years.  I originally selected Holosync by Centerpointe as my meditation program.  I found Bill Harris's book "Managing Evolutionary Growth" (which came with the program) to have good general advice on integrating  the physical catharsis experienced by some when they begin to meditate.  In his book, psychic phenomena (Remote viewing, ESP, out of body experiences, lucid dreaming, etc.) is briefly mentioned as  a "experience of meditation".  Not much else is said other than "the most important prescription we can give is to simply watch, to be the curious witness to what is going on."

I was having a difficult time integrating the emotional & mental catharsis I was experiencing.  After completing Holosync's Awakening Level 2, I felt like I had been given a set of new tools without an instruction manual.  This led me to specifically research Remote Viewing training.  I tried the free samples, listened to endless interviews, & read vast amounts of information while comparing the various choices available.

My search ended at the Academy of Remote Viewing and Remote Influencing (ARVARI).  The reasons why I personally selected the ARVARI programs is that they consider overcoming your past and present fears as one of the most important aspects of their training and they are the only mind training institute worldwide to teach their students to master Deep Theta and Delta with full waking awareness.  Along with continued student support and the programs low cost as compared to other mind training programs - my decision was easy. 

The truth is, I am beyond satisfied with ARVARI's programs.  In hindsight, it was one of the best decisions I have made.

Hi! New here and stumbled on this post.

I don't know of his products personally.  I know they are a lot more expensive than the DVDs on Human Potential Industries.

My answer is long winded, I wanted to be thorough so there are less questions and hopefully some new found clarity for those who are curious but don't really know where to begin.  I hope you'll pardon me and continue to read.

I guess whether you are pleased or not depends on what you deem remote viewing.  Those two words refer specifically to methods derived from training and scientific research centered around various military projects and the SRI laboratory.  So many people wanting to "get on the train" have used that term for a very non-scientific (using the Scientific Method to improve on specific step by step protocols) form of psychic training in seminars, books, videos etc, that many (non-marketing) people say they "remote view" and have absolutely no idea what remote viewing really entails.  It's not their fault, I was once one of those people, duped into thinking what I was doing was "it" and it was barely touching the surface and certainly would not be considered remote viewing by any stretch of the imagination.  What they might be doing is seeing at a distance using their psychic gift, but it is not remote viewing proper.

The material on the DVD is the same material I learned from (after my initial foray with another DVD set).  If I want to know something I have the tools inside my head to set up a cue, run a few sessions (45-60 minutes each) and almost always have a clear and satisfying answer when I'm done, or at least discover that the answer is more complicated than first assumed and have a basis to work from, and deciding which direction to take.   There are always going to be major projects that will take a group of sessions to get a clear picture, such as pinpointing the location of a missing child, sanctuary, treasure, etc, but many answers can be found in just a few sessions if you have been trained to set up a cue properly (which is explained in detail in the DVD set.)

If you are looking for something flashy, this is not it.  The DVD is almost college textbook style.  There are no talking heads and it is not in "seminar format", though there is a little humor, VO, background music, illustrations, video clips, examples and graphs to make it easy to understand.  There is also a workbook containing short quizzes to assess your own learning process. It's 4 hours jam packed with practical information.

If you wanted to take it slow you could spent about 30-60 minutes a day and be performing your first session (with the help of templates and a list of descriptor words) by the end of the week. If you are really motivated, sit down on your day off work or school, watch all the DVDs, complete the quizzes and be remote viewing by the end of the day.  (You do not remote view while taking in the information on the DVDs; you watch everything to get the big picture, and you can always watch the DVDs again after you've gotten used to the process.)

Like anything, it takes practice, no matter how "gifted" you already are.  I'd suggest doing 2-5 practice sessions a week on a regular basis.  If you stick to the rules and focus on positive feedback, you'll just keep getting better and better. No experience is necessary.  You do not have to consider yourself psychic or an artist.  If you were trained previously it is an easy transition.
