I have no problem waking up in the morning, but when I wake up I might
move  a bit and will open my eyes, but I do know what to do when I wake up I just
mess up with the whole moving thing; any ideas on how to stay still when waking up
in the morning?  :?

If you're trying to wake up with your eyes closed and your body still, then you're gonna want to do some affirmations as you're falling asleep when you first go to bed that night.

It's not exactly "hard" to do, but it isn't "easy" either.  Repeat some kind of affirmation to the effect that when you wake up you'll remain still and keep your eyes closed.  Generally when you wake up in the morning, you'll have the same thing in mind that you did when you fell asleep.  Using this kind of affirmation will reinforce your learning to do that.

On top of Ryan's advice:

Becoming familiar with the trance state will help too. You want to become conscious of the waking up process just a little bit sooner than normal. You feel yourself coming up to the surface and begin to focus before you have a chance to move. It takes practice.
