Moving objects while in OBE? Becoming Visible to the physical?

Hey folks! I am about to head out here. Relax a little bit before I start attempting astral projection. Planning on trying tonight so we will see what happens.

Quick question here... Is it possible to move objects while in your astral body? Is it also possible to have people in their physical bodies notice you and think you are a ghost? I am not planning on doing any of these I was just curious as to whether or not any of you have experienced such a thing.

Just astral objects or their physical counterparts? I do the former all the time, while I've never heard of anyone doing the latter.

Is it also possible to have people in their physical bodies notice you and think you are a ghost?

Maybe, I've read accounts where this has happened. I imagine you'd have to have a "frequency" close enough to the physical.

I have reason to believe (although it could be a coincidence) that this happened to me once.

One one OBE I walked through a wall into our second bathroom then outside and flew around a bit.  In the morning my wife asked me why all the stuff from the bathroom was over the floor.  The stuff which had fell was located at EXACTLY the same position I went through the wall.  There are no windows in this bathroom and no air moves through there.  The door was shut when we woke up.

Like I say, many things could account for this so I am not saying this happened when projecting for certain, but it certainly gave me food for thought.

It's possible, like the above stated. Also if you concentrate enough, for like 70 seconds, you can affect things on the physical.
