I have had dual awareness probably twice already, laying in bed still feeling my body, listening to the dogs, my wife, the wind and at the same time flying up in space and feeling being in a phasing, feeling as splitting in two and havng no problems with it, I think one of the best experiences ever.

Is there a way to practice this or do they just happen once in a while?

Thanks

Once I had this happen once it kept happening- I don't think you 'make' it happen on purpose so much as your brain/conscious mind has gotten used to being in more than one place/dimension/state simultaneously (you already do this, but not consciously) and since it didn't cause a major trauma now the ability has opened up and it happens every time you project.
Or at least that's how it is for me when I project, which I find very annoying, to tell you the truth.

Hi,
I find it more prominent when in the RTZ.
Look at it as one of those things that happen. If you move your conciousness to and from it (physical) you can wake  up, best ignore it.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

I have projected once, in RTZ and walked away the bedroom to the kitchen. I was looking at diferent objects, while at the same time I started to feel dificult to breath. Soon I realized that I was feeling discomfort in my fisical throat. For an instant I was able to feel  in my  non fisical kitchen while at the same time, resting in bed snoring.
In that moment I wake up instantly, feeling the snoring sensation.

It would be interesting if samebody can tell how he manages to feel in the fisical while projected in the non fisical.

The first (and only so far) time I consciously projected I had that dual awareness sensation. I could both feel my body laying in bed as well as observing everything outside of my body. It strangely didn't feel odd to me and it was not a distraction.
