I think cryo and pyro should both be combined and called thermokinesis, because cold is just the abscence of heat, right?

Psychokinesis is not control over everything nor is it another name for telekinesis. Psychokinesis is just the general term for anything you can slap *kinesis on to.

Also some kinesis' are virtually impossible in my eyes e.g. chronokinesis.

Yeah, I was saying that TK is moving physical objects, not that PK=TK.

I think that chronokinesis is possible if it means speeding up /slowing down one's perception of time instead of doing the Matrix thing and moving ultra-fast. Although that would be cool. [|)] I want to see Matrix Reloaded so bad...oh right, kinesis...anyhoo: what other kinesis don't you think would be possible? And what's tetrakinesis?

telekinesis is ability over thought as, i think. like the ability to read minds (mind reading as a way of one-way communication almost). hence the prefix 'tele' which must be releated to communication since it appears on words such as telephone and television.

It is true that developing a single ability will lead to developing the rest. My opinions on this are well known. The abilities I seek are related to states of consciousness rather than external changes, and yet the two are related. The problem is that the external focus distracts from a more important goal.

Psychokinesis is the ability to read information from objects by coming into contact with them. Antiques are particularly good for this, especially ones with a long history of being passed down generation to generation.

Telekinesis really is moving objects. Yes, at a distance as in "tele-".

There are a lot of new "-kinesis" words, courtesy of those places which host free web sites. There is always going to be someone who wants to sell ideas to gain followers. What they do not want you to know is that you do not need them.
