ok,

now im trying with the first method that got me to the vibrational state: the mantra "faraon", and so far its making me vibrate from my feet to the knees.

the vibrations are not so strong, the are like kind of sparks.

i found out a way to increase the vibes but not to the point where they are very strong, beside i need them to keep going up my body.

also i noticed that if i imagine that from my knee to my feet i move that part out of my physical body the vibes stop until i put the astral limbs back into the physical body again.

im going to keep trying until they cover me.

any suggestions?

My suggestion would be to focus on switching your awareness from physical perception to non-physical. During the process, you might get the vibes, you might not. It's tempting to try to increase the vibes on your own, but successful projectors will tell you they don't do this. The vibes are a side-effect of the process of separation, not the cause of. When you get them, use them as a signpost to know your moving in the right direction and just need to continue the separation process, and when you feel you have, move away from your body ASAP. If you don't get the vibes, don't assume you're being unsuccessful, just stick with your separation technique.

ok, i think i keep making progress, i just tried, and at some point when imagine a place i just felt like my chest and arms were heavy and suddenly while desiring to be (like "i want to be there so bad") in that place i just felt like my left arm was being pull like my left was some kind of clay. so that the intent.!?!

Feeling heavy and like you have stretched limbs tend to happen as you enter trance. Any weird stuff, like sounds and hypnogogic imagery are common at that point as well. For me, these are signposts that I'm in a trance and need to go deeper. As I go deeper, those things seem to lessen (or my awareness moves away from them?), but my state of consciousness deepens noticeably (a fairly deep trance), and I'm ready for an exit technique or whatever my plan is.
