Hello,

Well I almost always dream about how I move my hands like a bird and fly in dreams... Anyone know what is it mean? thanks

Ident

It'd be more impressive if you were doing it without the flapping. It could just be a dream or it could be recollections of a life where you could fly.

Back when I was younger, and even from time to time now-a-days... the only way I could "fly" in a dream (lucid or astral) was if I flapped my arms.  It worked great.

But then I realized that I can just zoom off and have been doing that ever since.

Try to become a bit more aware in your non-physical state and you should be able to kick the flapping part.  :)

Same here thoughout my life. I usually dreamt that I flew like superman, sometimes in a vertical position.
During my highschool years, where I experienced high levels of stress associated with exams,
after some 'astral flying' I felt that any difficulties in my life were surmountable.

When I was a very young child I remember having recurring LD of playing tips on the ceiling with my brothers.
I would fly-jump upside down from place to place on the ceiling happily, without feeling any vertigo.
We are spirit, expressing what we will.
We act out perSONAs on our stage of iMAGEination.
We are both the dreamer & the dream.
I think therefore I am.
I am consciousness & potentiality

some say it means you've acomplished a goal or task in life and its your subconscious acknowledging it. then others say it has to do with obe's. just a personal preference i guess make it what you want it to mean. i had a dream about modifying a 9mm hand gun or explosive rounds and that from what i found means i wish to improve the size of my membrum virile(latin...look it up) or improve my membrum virile(/ improve my sexual capabilities)

lol
Are you hinting that you enjoy regular success in 'live' ammunition?  :-D
(rhetorical question)

I resonate with the theory of that our 'subconsciousness' is the accumulation of perceptions, belief systems, attitudes in our life, particularly childhood years. This means that culture, education, family & peer environment significantly contribute to who we 'think' we are,
and our perceptions of our environment.

Bruce Lipton points out:
Consciousness learns differently than subconsciousness.
The subconsciousness is still playing programs from childhood.
Once one understands the nature of these programs, one can rewrite the program to create
heaven, happiness and harmony on this planet.

Moving your hands in flight  sounds like you have a lighthearted approach to things and a great sense of fun.
I have always flown in my dreams for as long as I can remember. I have noticed that when I get very involved in a difficult project and things bog down and aren't going well I will look at my journal and notice that I am not flying around much.
When I overcome difficulties and move on with the next project I will often get a self congratulatory dream where I am not just flying but enjoying hugely exhilarating joy in the flight.

When I started going OBE I also found it simple to fly around place to place. But there were times when I also felt the same lethargy, poor vision, etc. as others often report. When I read Astral Dynamics and other OBE books and even these online forums, I was surprised at the number of projectors who have trouble moving at all once they get out and flying is like some advanced navigation technique that requires incredible effort.

I think much of it reflects how a person is dealing with the day to day conditions in their life.
