Is it posible to get lucid dream right after you go to bed ?

 Anything is possible. If you are relaxed enough than yes I would say you could, but for most people that is almost a conscious projection. As I have read, Lucid Dreams usually occur deep in the dream cycle. With me I know that takes well into at least 4-5 hours of sleep, but I am a very light sleeper.

Yeah it is possible. Typically this happens when the dreamer experiences something strange.

Definitely possible. This use to be the easiest way for me to have a lucid dream, when i wake up in the middle of the night then fall back asleep. However, since I have because aware of OBE's I find myself having these mixed in with dream symbols. When i do have fall back asleep and have lucid dreams i usually do not try to change these and let them play out.
