HELP IF U CAN

around 6 years ago i was sitting in my room late at night doing some sort of remedial task, cant quite remember what, when out of no where i noticed a bright flash occur just outside my window, it was strange in that it seemed like a powerful flash but no noise followed, i just thought it was some sort of flash photo. Several minutes later the same thing happened again, a powerful flash with no following noise or anything, then again and again and again. At this point i looked out of my window to see several balls of light appear out of nowhere with flashes, like miniature explosions that happened very quickly but then just vanish. I really had no idea at all as to what to make of this. Maybe 3 or 4 days after this i started to notice some very concerning changes in my life. 1. my bones/joints/muscles felt very sore and ached 2. i noticed that my hair was starting to fall out in big clumps 3. i developed a tinnitus like ringing in my ears. 4 i felt inexplicably strange and scarred 5. all things seemed to not go my way like my luck had just bombed 6. i started to mumble to myself, in a way that i can control but seems acceptable with regards to the emotional state i was feeling.

In the times that have passed life hasn't really seemed to have progressed, i don't think i have healed, im not sure what happened then and am not sure what to do now, but i do know i what to sort myself out. Any information that anyone could provide in regards to what happened/ how to resolve myself would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Well, suffice to say that you'll probably "never" know what occurred exactly... one has to come to terms with this uncertainty.
Next, it also sounds like you're trying to make connections between the lights and the favourable circumstances that happened to you after them.

Sometimes it's best to just accept that the good in our lives just happened, and leave it at that.

Gotta love it when the system works so hard to get you to notice something. 

My path has seemingly been nothing but the system yelling "HEY!!  LOOK OVER THERE!" and finding wonderful things.  hehe

 It took me 3 nights of back to back to back extreme OBE's awaking with a swollen right eye, followed up with 3 weeks of constant day/night vibrations to get through my wall. I have always been the analytical type though, also bullheaded. It's not that I didn't believe in things of this nature, it's that I didn't trust what was happening to be real. Now when I see light orbs, hear sounds, get visions, I know better.
