MAP question

I am on day 11 with the MAP program and I am having a very difficult time with the brushing action on my hands and arms. It was fine on my feet and legs. I love the sponging, everything tingles when I do that. Any advice on th brushing? This seems to be my only downfall right now.

Are you finding that you don't get as much sensation, or too much sensation?

Not as much as I did in my feet and legs. It's difficult for me and I'm not sure why. It was so easy on my feet and legs.

 I found when I do MAP that the feeling in the legs and feet is much stronger. But, I believe it is because the feet are more sensitive than the hands. I can get the swirling sensation going incredibly strong on my heels, so strong that sometimes it hurts. There is a number of times when I am starting to Phase and i get an itch or spasm/pang, I immediately send my focus to my feet/heels and it always stops the problem.

This is normal.  Everybody has different nerve sensitivity in their limbs, and the legs and feet seem to be overall the most sensitive.  For me too, but the palms of my hands also are very sensitive.  If sponging gives you good results, don't worry.  When you get to the trunk don't be surprised if it's not as sensitive- also normal.  And when you get to bouncing, it'll be even less sensitive.
So don't be surprised or think you're doing anything wrong, it's normal, and there are steps in the book to do these in such a way as to amplify sensation- but it is not important, you will get it when you get to this point.
