Advice - Astral Body & A 7ft. Bull

Hi everybody, I am somewhat new to the world of astral projections and the like but have a friend who has been astral projecting since he was a child so I am somewhat familiar with the topic.  I have been battling mental fatigue and lifelong depression so he contacted a friend of his to help me.  He is apparently experienced in astral healing.  I am told he projected to me and saw my body, and next to me was a large dark figure he hadn't seen before.  He shined light on it and it hid (and I did too) and then shined light again and made it out to be a 7 ft. bull.  I was hugging the bull and he says it wasn't a separate entity that it was in fact me (or a part of me).  I am wondering if anyone can expand upon what this may mean.  I realize that talking to the guy directly would be the best thing but that may take some time and I am very curious.  Any help would be appreciated.  Also, sorry if this is the wrong section but I couldn't find a better place to post this.

Hello my friend this sounds interesting this bull figure was there anything else odd about like extra horns or anything with the eyes. I know it sounds weird but is your sign a Taurus by chance? I am very curious about this I have never heard anything quite like it

Unfortunately that is all the information I have as I haven't been able to talk to the guy who did the projection yet.  What experience do you have with projections?  What is unusual about this?  I have heard from my friend that the projector helped his other friends and they seemed to have demons attached or something like that but I really am otherwise unfamiliar with this stuff.  Thanks for the reply.

I am just a student of astral projection. When he said something about a 7 foot bull is there anything that you immediately felt saw or heard?

I have had a lot of projections but every time I project I learn so much each its incredible. Next time I project I will see if it is possible to look into your question I am sorry I can not be of more help.

That day I did feel a little more grounded.  I had gone for a relaxing walk and done some minor meditation though.  I don't know what I was doing when he projected as I wasn't told beforehand when he was going to do it.  By the way my father's sign is a Taurus and I had a feeling that it could be related somehow as I have had strange feelings of an energy like his around me when he physically wasn't, before.
