How do things Transfer?

I was thinking recently and would it be possible to learn physical things whilst in the astral, I mean like Martial arts or piano or something.

Some people have said that you can practice and get better at things up there. I dunno, I can barely make a thoughtform or get out of my house. I'm curious to try it though. I'd like to test it on calculus. See if I can find a magical calc book where you can absorb all the calc information and then come back down here and everything is lines and curves and derivatives. That would so help me on my math tests xD
