Hallo trippyrod12
That pretty much sounds like a full and complete OBE to me!  8-) Maybe your consciousness was not clear and was dreamlike. Yet everything else positively points to an OBE.

wow thanks i sure hope so im still going to keep trying

once the dream becomes lucid it is your launching pad to explorer the astral realm, your experience was indeed an OBE. when your intent is not specific the experience becomes fuzzy and can slip back into the dream world. Sounds like a great experience, congrats.

do you guys know how to induce sleep paraysis or vibrations

Lionheart

You will find that you don't always experience sleep paralysis or vibrations, especially after a lot of practice. But, if you are going to it will happen by laying perfectly still in the same position for about 20-30 minutes.

Approach it in the same manner you would falling asleep.

When you're trying to fall asleep at night, you don't worry about thing such as itches or swallowing... you just take care of them and go back to falling asleep.
Treat your meditation/projection practice in the same way.

Move calmly so as not to disturb your state of mind and just deal with the problem then go back to practicing.  You SHOULD be able to move just fine without ever breaking a meditative state so long as you do it calmly and slowly.  I meditate on the train to and from work... it's not a very quiet or stable environment.  :)
