My body "spoke" to me last night...

Before I went to sleep that night I was lifting weights. The last workout to finish my routine was a bent over barbell pull. This exercise works out the back muscles. It also gives you a little strain in your lower back bone if performed with too much weight. When I was finished I was ready to fall asleep. I was attempting to AP, then I hit the vibration state. I felt this growing irratation on my lower spine. The best way I can describe is like a block of energy that just radiates in that area. The irratation got so intense that it was impossible for me to focus on my vibes. The irratation wasn't painful at ALL, just distracting. I felt the blockage on another occasion in my stomach area. Can anyone tell me what all this is about?

Mr. PumperNickle,

Was the irritation a slight burning sensation? If so, you may have experienced what the easterns call kundalini in the sacral and solar plexus chakras.

Then again it might just be related to stressing your lower back during your weight training.

Mr.PumperNickle

No, I never had a burning sensation, but it was like a radiating pressure of energy in that area. By the way, could you explain what the Kundalini is, it sounds interesting.

Kundalini arousal can be considered dangerous if done improperly. Vibrations on the other hand is considered safer. Eastern cultures do kundalini arousal as there main spiritual development. Americans seem to prefer vibrations like the ones felt right before an OBE. Below is an article stating the difference between vibrations and kundalini.

Kundalini Arousals and Vibrations in OBE
By Alfred Ballabene

Following I shall try to provide arguments supporting the assumption that vibration and kundalini arousal have to be considered as different phenomena, though both can occur simultaneously.

Difference Between Kundalini Arousal And Vibrations - Personal Point Of View

Despite similar effects between kundalini arousal and vibrations (acoustic perceptions, energetization and warmth), both phenomena seem to be different. As I believe kundalini arousal and vibrations in OBE-ing can be distinguished by the kind of movement of etheric substance, in respect to the vertical axis of the human body, the spinal column. The vector of upwards moving etheric force can be:

Vector of 0 (zero) degrees in respect to the axis of body (upwards streaming or longitudinal waves): Examples are the well known slow energy circulation (upwards on backside, downwards on frontside), furthermore kundalini arousal (without overlapping vibrations).

Vector between 0 and 90 degrees to the vertical axis (more or less transversal waves): Kundalini motion in the form of waves moving upwards at the backside. This most common form of kundalini arousal is accompanied by acoustic perceptions, sensed heat adjacent to the spine, very strong energy flow, euphorization, inner light perception (mostly in gold and white) and is sometimes accompanied by paranormal effects.

Vector of 90 degrees to the axis (vibrations): There is no upward motion of force. The vibrations are felt locally (f.i. breast) or in the whole body and are independent of energy flow in the spine. Vibrations are sensed as frequently on front side as on back side. Very often warmth is felt and sometimes acoustic phenomena are perceived. The 90 degree vector is facilitating a loosening of the etheric double. Practically only these vibrations are important for OBE-ing.

In both kinds of phenomena, kundalini arousal as well as vibrations, sensory inputs can be perceived as in normal awake state, as in trance, as at the border of sleep or as in sleep (producing special dream symbols like fire, volcanos, earth quakes etc.). Since sensory perception may be experienced in all states of consciousness, it is difficult to define kundalini phenomena and vibrations as either physical or subtle. Therefore theories - if materialistic or spiritual - can be based on arguments each of them conclusive in the respective paradigma. Therefore a wide range of possible interpretations is legitimate.

The kundalini technique is not for me! I'm sticking to phasing and vibes lol. I really don't wan't a group of negative entities surounding my body. But then again they could be just a manifestation of some subconscious fear that was displayed as a bunch of demons. Do you practice the kundalini technique? And has your body ever "spoken" to you while in the vibe state?

Mr. PumperNickle,

Whenever I get vibrations, my body has never spoken to me, except for the intense shaking that sometimes happens. Sometimes it gets so intense I have to abort the vibrations.

Mr.PumperNickle

I have had the intense shaking feeling before, it hit me when I was extremely drowsy, I aborted it late night and decided to go back to sleep. The earthquake vibes struck immediately after I closed my eyes. I woke up again and decided to face the music(well, the vibes lol). I went back to sleep and no less than 10 seconds later the vibrations come back. I decided to ignore these violent shaking vibes and see what would happen. Well the vibes got extremely powerful when I realised I had influence over them. By placing my focus on the sound of the vibes I was able to amp them up or tune them down just by listening to them. When I placed my intent to raise the volume level of the vibes , the vibes increased in intensity. Same thing happened when I placed my intent to lower the sound of the vibrations, the vibes got very light. I then jacked the vibrations as high as I could and then told myself to make them stop like a mute button, and they did. My body felt weightless and I was thrown into a dream.

Mr. Pumpernickle,

You have the exact same experiences I have with vibrations. Word for word.

I have had somewhere around 200-300 hundred vibration experiences. One thing I notice is when I raise the frequency of the vibes, I can heal myself of any cold, sickness, aches, or tired feelings. One time I lowered the frequency of the vibes as an experiment. I became sick for two weeks afterwards. I firmly believe that the vibes can heal you when raised in frequency. To me vibes are more important than OBE's since you actually can gain a net amount of energy to heal yourself as long as you raise the frequency.

You can make the vibrations last for a long time by using your will power of your mind and gently rolling your eyes backwards to raise the frequency as high as you possibly can, and hold it there WITHOUT letting up.

We need to share ideas. That is correct that you fall in a dream when you hit the mute button immediately. I let them slowly die down, so I can stay conscious.

Mr.PumperNickle

You are right about the vibes healing you. I do feel recharged after a session of strong vibes lol.
