Is it a good opportunity to project when you are very exhausted and tired to the point where you just know if you lay on a bed you would be asleep within seconds?

Many tell me that actually when one wakes up is a good opportunity to project but I can never seem to do this as I always wake up and forget to keep still and naturally move which ruins the opportunity each time.

So what about when going to sleep? while it would probably be pretty easy for anyone to lay down when very tired and simply fall asleep with no projection, what about if you were disaplined enough to try mind exercises to keep the mind awake as the body falls asleep? someone recently talked about their technique of listening to their breathing as they drift off and had some degree of success with that.

I just wanted to know your guys ideas on projecting this way from going to sleep. Any success stories?

It is hard not to fall asleep when you attempt to project at nighttime from your bed. You train your mind all your life that your bed is for sleeping. It takes a lot of discipline to get past this. But, in time you will and it won't be a problem anymore. I personally like to Phase from my Lazyboy recliner.

Yeah i know all about getting tired, but whatever I do, I can't seem to get tired.. I literally don't get tired. I have three jobs that take most of my time but I really don't get tired... I can trek for miles but the idea of tiredness won't even cross my mind... Seriously I literally don't get tired and I find it hard to sleep cause of too much energy I guess.
The only time I get really tired is when I use binaural beats
To Love or not to Love, that is the question.

Sooooooooooooo..... Any tips? Or what is happening?

Projecting when you are physically exhausted is not a good time to project. It has a low success rate.

Projecting before you go to bed is the same as sitting down midday and projection. It is a style that only the experienced can manage.

When you get up from sleeping and then try to project it is uber-effective because the dreamworld and the astral are one and the same. Your brain knows the path how to get back there fairly quickly. You just gotta keep your consciousness aware. Thus it is fairly easy.

Hmmm k so getting up from sleep and trying to project is better than trying before you sleep?

Yes get around 5 hours of sleep then try. Your body is allready relaxed try to get up use the rest room are get somthing to drink. Then lay down with your beats and you have the best chance of sucess. I personally wake up without moving keeping my body in sp then roll out the process takes a few seconds after waking up. But this method takes alot of pratice but you can do it.
