Possible Projection?

I have recently been trying to induce AP by using the indirect technique that as been mentioned on the obe4u website.
Up to now I have been unsuccessful due to me being unable to wake without moving, which is an important part of the technique.
A couple of days ago while trying to induce AP using this technique; I had a very clear picture of myself sitting on the edge of the bed. I had full control over the picture i.e. moving arms, walking.
My only confusion about this experience is that I'm not sure if I was projecting or I was just picturing it in my head. Does anyone know or have experienced a projection where you can see yourself like your looking at another person.
I always thought when you project you see normally like you do in your day to day living.

Well, to be honest, it does not sound like one, although it does appear to be a very interesting account.

You will know when you have an OBE/astral projection. It is unmistakable clear. Everything is soft and you will be able to have clear, concise brain chatter. By that I mean you can talk to yourself in your head. The only difference, is what you talk about in your head changes your surroundings.

You will be in there, jumping around, saying, OMG, this is a flippin' astral projection. This is

Thanks for the reply. So cant wait to be able to induce my own AP's
