Question about the sleep paralysis

Is it same with everyone but when you do get it , it really does feel like somebody clamping you down and you can even feel its hands and grasp

The feeling of someone clamping down on you is the conscious observation of your physical body fully relaxing and falling asleep.
Another good description for it is someone putting a lead blanket over you.

This happens naturally each night you fall asleep, except you usually don't realize it because you've lost consciousness well before it happens. 
Now you're actually consciously experiencing it AS it's happening.  It can be really scary if you have no idea what's going on.  But since you DO know now... you'll be fine.  Just passively observe it happening and ALLOW it to happen.  Don't interfere with it or you'll break it pretty quickly.  :)

When this happens how long should i wait until i roll out .  From how u explain it , seems its indefinite till i wake up ?
