NOFRNDS

Hi

I have been lurking this forum for quite some time now and thought I should finally introduce myself.

I first heard of AP not long after my daugheter passed away (2009) and my wife went and saw a clairvoyant which told her the reason for her feeling exhausted all the time is caused from her leaving her body (unconsciously) and running around doing work while she sleeps

This had me very confused and intrigued so I googled it which is where I first heard of astral projection.

And I havnt stopped researching and readding since. And I then I found astral pulse

Soooo, Hi

Lionheart

Hello NOFRNDS and Welcome to the Astral Pulse. You will find a lot of useful information here to help you understand more about this wondrous phenomenon. We all leave our bodies everynight, but only some of us remember this. Try keeping a journal by your bed and immediately upon awaking in the morning write down your last dream. At first it will only be bits and pieces, but with practice you will see it will grow. You have to be fast though, because your recall at first will only last about 30 seconds.
Good Luck and Safe Travels!

My hope that this forum is helping you already like it is to me!

Welcome to the forum! I'm sorry to hear about your daughter passing over. However, astral projection may show you that she her soul is still very much alive and perhaps one day you will be able to visit her on the astral.

Hi ane welcome.
Learn slowly so it all sinks in. Try the mornings too. You get out faster this way.
Best of luck in your endeavours.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes

LIONHEART, thankyou for that, I have been trying to keep a dream journal on and off for a while, although I personally have found that most of the time as soon as I wake up i tend to remember small bits which seem to stick with me and the rest comes in bits and pieces though out the day

TESSIE, Thankyou for your kind words, I have already learnt alot from this forum

LPC, Thankyou, I have met with my daughter maybe four times since she has passed over http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/welcome_to_permanent_astral_topics/validation_thread-t25607.180.html
That was the second time

The first time i remember i had been upset because I didnt get to see her eyes although my wife did and the nurse told us they were blue, after having it on my mind along with alot of emotion i remember dreaming of her just floating in front of me looking into my eyes, her eyes were the most beautiful blue i have ever seen, i woke up in tears yet with a feeling that she was safe.
