Good binuaral beats for AP?

I was reading the lower thread on binural beats I have heard some of them on the internet but I think many of them are so low quality to be deemed ineffective.

Are there any good ones knows to help with AP? ones that experienced folks here can recommend?

Hear is a link to a free program , it will run on windows , mac , and some distros of Linux http://gnaural.sourceforge.net/  I have used the program that comes with it , but I dont know if it does any thing or not .   desert rat

I appreciate the links thus far but are these actual ones people have used with success? I guess I am just trying to get ones I know are effective as the last thing I want to do is spend an hour using one that is just not really helping due to poor binural sound quality etc.

Well honestly, how they work on other people is meaningless information to you... you're unique.  Your reactions are unique to you.

With that said... the one from my website has worked well for myself and many others.  Whether you're included in this group... you'll have to find out.

You will need to try some of the binaural beats and see what works for you , there is also self hypnosis tapes , cds , dvds and mp3s .   desert rat
