suggestions and a few tips?

i'm finaly getting the hang of astral projection, i just need a few tips and suggestions from those who are more experienced within this... I'll follow up with my experience below.

So i did a neat long relexation meditation, i kept breathing in and out four counts. To keep me relaxed, i kept focusing and going on, usualy towards the end i began my small affirmations like ''i will enter sleep paralysis'' (sp being the key to a good projection), the relexation lasted for around more or less 20minutes. I soon felt relaxed and a bit drowsy, like i always do i slept with the intent of waking up into sleep paralysis having my mind awake.

Note: i had roughly around 3-5hours of sleep before attempting this, and it was during daylight.

Within 2hours i would say i did wake up having vibrations, and two female figures infront of me discussing how i entered this state, i could'nt see them though i just knew they were there, things were extremely blury, so i said aloud wtf is happening, and woosh! I woke up. Upon awakening i realized, damn i did enter the vibrational state, so without hassle, i layed back down and listened closely for vibrations, and with 30seconds i heard it and felt it through more intense, for around a minute i kept focusing on lifting out of my body, then i said ''what the heck,i should just wake out of bed'' and i did,  i woke up with a bit of struggle as i felt like i was being pulled by a magnet and sat up on bed, everything was blury, although through a small portion of my sight i could see a bit, i noticed things like my bag lying around, i even felt it. It felt exactly real, i looked at my hands. Then i wanted to see what happends when i speak, and so i did, and i woke up.

So i've come to the realisation that when you speak with your actual mouth in the astral plane it actualy slingshots you into your actual body? Or is it just happening to me? Blury vision aswell, i know its normal. But how do it get things clear if i can't say out ''clarity''. Do i say it with my mind, as in think it? Also was i actualy in sleep paralysis or was i shot directly into the astral plane? Cause, from what i know..sleep paralysis is a state in which you have no control of your actual body, yet i was able to wake up at will. Any response to this is appreciated, thanks.. :-)

About when you speak? Thinking youll wake up means you WILL. This is the thought= action thing taking effect and the astral runs on this. You need to control your thoughts. This takes some getting used to but you'll pick it up quickly.
Vision is cleared by demanding clarity and also by rubbing your hands together. If only one hand is functional try rubbing it against anything within reach.
Youve opened the door and entered this. new world and are learning a new set of rules.
As everything was slightly different from the physical this indicates you were astral to a degree. Voices and noises here are common and shouting with banging on doors is also reported. IGNORE all this, its a test to see if youve got the bottle to continue. If its scarey then shout at it your not scared. Fear NOTHING at this point in your experience it has a very strong negative effect. Its only you scareing yourself so dont bother thinking nasty things. Thoughts=action and you can guess the rest. You are in control and your thoughts are the engine. Know youre  not stuck and will roll out or whatever tech youve decided upon and get away from your body. Dont try to open doors etc know you will walk through them. Its that simple. The rules are different, go explore.

Before I go to sleep everynight I use my personal affirmation or request that goes like this. "By my act of will, I RELEASE my focus on my physical body. TAKE ME to your desired destination. SHOW ME what I need to SEE, TEACH ME what I need to LEARN. AWAKEN ME in my dreams so I may PROJECT from and REMEMBER them, so I may ENJOY and LEARN from them." I envision the capitalized letters here as fading into the darkness before my eyes. But, you must keep a log of all your experiences, no matter how small they are at first. Doing this you are always training yourself to go further and will be able to see daily progress.
This constant Brain Entrainment has created Lucid Dreams for me on a regular basis. I still do my regular Phase Sessions daily as well.

appreciate the quick reply szaxx, going into loud noises and anything scary is something i've never realy faced while trying to AP, though i've read about many people who face this problem and thus, they get held back. So i'm sure thats the least of my worries, however i will be sure to try the techniques you mentioned the next time i travel, thanks. :-).

Here's another method that might help keep your focus on the AP, I too use to focus on trying to get into sleep paralysis but would always end up just falling asleep. I found this method to be MUCH easier and you can do it anytime of day too. It's just a suggestion, I think you would probably have better success, within a much quicker time frame. The first time I tried this method, (and 95% of the time), I succeeded and had my first OBE, it wasn't that long because I to am still learning how to even move around and fully control my energy body in the astral. But always remember, once in the astral THOUGHTS are like, if not better then, words. So most of the things you do or would want to do require some kind of thought

the vigil method looks most interesting, and seems pretty easy and convincing that it works well from my first glance of it, i surely am going to try this method a bit later on.. Hopefully it works as good on me as with you

Good good good, but you aren't deep enough yet. You have to forget about the physical a littler more. Let the chaos of your inner consciousness take over. Projecting occurs when you are able to ride the very edge of that state. You'll see.
