LoL  :)

To expand on Lionhearts awesome answer (cause it is awesome once you understand it ;))...
While you're in the non-physical, simply visualize somewhere physical which you want to be and place the Intent to go there.  The very act of visualizing it should hold plenty of Intent.

When I do it, my vision goes to black (3d blackness)... I feel a "shift" occur... then the visuals kick back in and I'm (hopefully!  LOL) where I want to be.  I'll say it's hard to get your target sometimes, but is very doable with practice.  :)

Dude that's exactly what happen to me when, there was an entity in my room everything went black then I was on another planet. That's the only time I ever went some where else. I literally said take me to a place like king kais planet from dbz lol. The planet was small and round with jungle like trees everywhere. It transformed into a dream after that. That's the only time I ever went beyond earth. But yea I wanna project to Japan. I have a desktop back round up on my pc so it will be easier to visualize it. I think it might work if I just say aloud Tokyo Japan.

Gonna give that a shot.

OK, I had great difficulty flying cross country so to speak to say America from the UK. Best way is to close your eyes, think of where you want to be and open them again. Alternatively, find a door, BELIEVE that your destination is behind the door, and simply go through the door.

But you can try this...

In the RTZ, fly vertically upwards until the earth becomes a globe beneath you. Then choose the spot (the country) you wish to target and simply drop right down to it. With a bit of luck, you will get there. Still tricky though.

Actually, all of these techniques are really tricky. It's extremely hard to control where your projections take you, or at least that's how it is for me.

I will echo catmeow. That is a very advanced tactic. Above me still, that is if such a feat is even possible.

It would be best to get the basics down before you start trying Olympic level stunts like that. In time you will gain a framework of the discipline.

Cheers,

you could put your self in a big box and mail your self to the desired location but you might have to wait a while to be delivered  :|

I tried speaking out loud during my last nights OBE but my mouth felt like sand. I also had another where one where I was floating 2 feet above my body and my AB just took off like a bullet. I was going through walls and other peoples houses. I had no control over it. I never traveled that fast before in an OBE. I planned on seeing the edge of the universe like robert monroe did.

That's how it tends to be, we have little control over our destination. I once "tracked down" a friend in America (I'm in the UK). She was travelling but hadn't contacted me for about 6 weeks. Was concerned so next time I projected, I closed my eyes, thought of "her", opened my eyes and was flying over countryside. Shortly I came to a largeish building with steps down to a basement, where the lights were on. So I went inside. It felt like a "medical" building of some sort. Found my friend standing in  the basement room which in fact looked like a large U shaped kitchen type room. She was leaning against a worktop, just standing by herself. Couldn't communicate with her. Anyway this satisfied me she was OK. Turns out she was staying at a doctor's house, which he also used for his practice. I have never told my friend about this,  I'm sure it would spook her.

Impermanence

Personally, the only success I had in finding someone or going somewhere OOB is with intent and desire. I have to REALLY want to go there, with all my mind. I think really hard about the person or the place I want to go, and I imagine moving in that direction, but without actually moving any of my "astral" limbs. I then feel a sensation of movement and I find myself floating where I want to go. (Usually, if I don't get side-tracked). It's also important to keep the intent in your mind until you reach the destination and not drop it when traveling.

Hope it helps.

What I would do is just fly straight up and then find the stop, then go where ever I want to go from the top of the world. Should not be to hard like that. Since we have maps and know about where places are from the miles up in the air.

Peace!
