SirMike

I've been trying this for a year now, and I have had only 2 OBEs that I could remember, and they were both like 6 seconds long!!

Here is what I do: I lay in bed, relax my whole body, clear my mind, BUT I always end up falling asleep or getting frustrated and go to sleep.

Lately I have been doing it in the morning because I heard that helps, no success, I try to raise my khundalinis, and all that gives me is a head-ache, and I try lucid dreaming into OBEs but that still doesn't work!!

The two experiences I had were on accident! I am not scared of leaving my body!!

Can someone please give me advice on what I am doing wrong? Any links to any sort of helpful information would be much appreciated!! (Free would be nice!)

Meditation helps for a lot of things. Its used for healing and as well for OBEs lol. I'm pretty sure you'll have one if you meditate. Just to warn you after you have your first, you will be finding your self out of your body nearly every other night. Meditation is a very powerful tool. Its used to expand your consciousness and your awareness. Here's a helpful tip: When you meditate imagine white light coming in from the earth and filling your body with it. Then imagine the light turning black. Black represents the negativity. After that release the black light through the top of your head. The crown chakra. Then you wont be disturbed by ghosts or nothing of the sort in the Astral.
These are some tips for having an OBE experiences .

I wrote this for you.  :-)

Try cultivating that "screw it, I am going back to bed feeling"

I'd say nearly all my attempts when I foster that feeling efficiently can be called successful. Either OBE, or radical lucid dream/BST experience, etc. Whatever happens is usually great.

Issue is, the whole feeling is rare to encounter, and when you do have it, naturally, that is, you usually don't have the time to go lay down and attempt a projection. Usually you gotta go to work.  :-P

Hi,
I'll second that.
It's so annoying.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.
