Ok so I posted yesterday saying how much of a difficult time I was having AP'ing, but I found a break through last night, which totally helped!

I tried the Triangle Method (I read it somewhere on here), because I can hear the "SSSSS" sound super clearly (You should be able to hear it too, its like white noise, sort of.).

I went to bed, and fell asleep; When I woke up I had sleep paralysis (I woke up from a dream, that's why), I then did the Triangle Method. I felt my chest start to vibrate, but it started to fade away!! That's the only problem I have, when the vibrations come, I think I get exited or something like that.

I think it's a start, because I just learned the method a day ago, and that same night I got sleep paralysis when I had woken up!!  :-D :-D :-D

Also, it was around 4:35 when I had woke up, which is good, because it was a morning session, which is waay easier than a night one!!

Congratz on the success! :D

Here is a link to the method for anyone else wanting to try it: http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/welcome_to_permanent_astral_topics/the_triangle_method-t6762.60.html

If anyone is having trouble finding the author's original post, its on page 5 of the thread. :)

I read to ignore the vibrations. I was totally paying attention to them haha >.<

Not ignore, just be aware of them and let them pass.
A couple minutes later you should be ready for an exit technique !

"Let them pass"? When I got the vibrations, they faded away, does that mean I could have exited?

For some reason only my left side had gone through sleep paralysis, but not my right side.

Let them pass, a lot of techniques say try to exit during vibrations but I don't find that to be true.
Think of vibrations as a sign post letting you know your close to being ready to exit.
I'd wait a couple minutes, whatever feels right for you, after they pass before trying an exit.
You will know when your ready to exit, you'll feel completely detached and kind of like your not really even conscious but you are, your just there. That's how it feels for me when I'm about to exit.

I can't really say a lot about vibrations as I've only gotten them about 3-4 times.
They would come when I first started attempts at OBEs but I've never had a successful projection with them.

I separate my soul from my physical body when I feel a faint tug that usually occurs immediately when the vibrations come. Sometimes it comes slightly later.

The tug only last for a second, so you may miss it. The tug feels like you are rising and sometimes it feels like you are falling. Remember it only lasts for a second. That is your go time. Then at that exact moment of the tug, you can try rolling out, lifting out, sitting up, willing your conscious forward, slipping through the soles of your feet, or you can rise like steam escaping through the top of your head. Do whatever exit method that gives you the best results.

The vibrations may be very strong or very weak depending on how deep your sleep paralysis is. The deeper the sleep paralysis, the less intense the vibrations are. The less intense vibrations feel like a slight shiver. The more intense vibrations feel like your entire body is shaking.

In my opinion trying to AP from sleep paralysis is for advanced projectors as it takes very long to enter a full blown SP.

My advice would be to find another method that doesn't require SP right now unless you have the patients to wait for an hour or 2.

It only takes me a few minutes to get sleep paralysis. It is easier for me to get sleep paralysis when I lay on my back either in a bed or a recliner. When I naturally wake up between 3-6 am, I immediately perform the following sleep paralysis technique found in the link below.

Might try that method, thanks todd

Then I would classify you as somewhat advanced  :-) in my opinion
I'm gonna try out your technique too, thanks !
