Hi guys,

I'm living in the UK, and have had multiple o'bes over the last 2 years. I'm averaging about 2-4 each month (I'm very lucky...).

I've also read about the topic by William Burlman, have many of you guys heard of him?

Anyway, good to be part of a forum, of a topic in my daily life which is rarely touched upon. Hopefully I can make conversation without feeling like a fool (I tried telling a few people, but you do get blank faces, lol)

Yes, a few days after I read Buhlman's first book I had my first conscious exit. I am always grateful to him for this and I recommend his book(s) to any newbie in this field.
